    We would like to introduce a new menu in Taga Asahiya.
These are traditional Japanese desserts. The first one is called Shiratama Anmitsu which are sweet dumplings made of sweet rice flour, Azuki Anko (sweet red bean paste), Kanten (small cubes of agar jelly which is a pure form of gelatin made from red seaweed and fruits are in the bowl served with Kuromitsu (sweet black syrup) which you pour over the bowl. The second one is Shiratama Cream Anmitsu which has ice cream added in it.
